Visit Antilles, stay forever

Top-of-the-line specifications are standard features in every Coach Home

For every resident, the Antilles experience started with the home itself. The community’s elegant architecture, serene location, and low fees have become powerful assets in its favor, but the coach homes themselves are Antilles’ most significant selling tools. Showcasing quality, modernity, and a clean-lined contemporary vision, each unit is built to last.

Reinforced slab foundations with vapor barriers and structurally engineered concrete block construction are the backbone of Antilles’ enduring structures. Roofs are engineered with hurricane clips, and wind protection tie-downs and finished with concrete roof tiles as standard, all of which are value and security-adding features for the homeowner. Exterior masonry walls and ceilings are insulated, and all homes are prewired for data, voice, and video as well as ceiling fans and light fixtures. Kitchen pendant and recessed lighting are included. Windows and exterior doors, including sliders, are wind-rated and impact resistant.

Every coach home is hard-wired for fire alarms and whole-house interior sprinkler systems, even in the garage. High ceilings, wide wood trims, eight-foot solid core interior door, and wood cabinetry with soft-close hinging are building standards. Quartz countertops, Kohler fixtures, stainless steel kitchen appliances, and sixteen Seer Carrier air-conditioning systems are included.

Substantial glass-enclosed showers are tiled floor to ceiling and all master baths include separate commode rooms with full privacy doors and dual sink vanities. All homes include pantries, walk-in master closets, laundry rooms, and linen closets, all with built-in wood shelving to promote air circulation.

All units feature three-bedroom floorplans with attached garages and screened-in lanais. Phase Two Classic Coach Home floorplans are in the 1,500+ square foot range and priced from the high $400,000’s. Larger Grand Coach Homes feature great room floorplans with large cook’s kitchens. Upper-level Montserrat units are Antilles’ largest at 2,444 square feet under air. Preserve and lake orientations are available, priced from the low $600,000’s.

The 5,000-square-foot Flamingo Club amenity center is at the heart of community life. It is representative of Antilles’ resort presentation as it is of the quality built into every residence. Its exercise and fitness center, catering kitchen and huge gathering room overlook Antilles’ outdoor living area, dominated by its stunning resort pool and adjacent spa. The fire pit and oversized tiki hut with a wide service bar and barbeque grilling section are also within the gated area. The putting green and regulation bocce and pickleball courts complete the 9,000-square-foot outdoor living area.
