My name is Alexandra Janz, and I am a Realtor and Luxury Properties Specialist with William Raveis-Florida, LLC. My husband Juergen and I moved to Naples in 2016 after growing up in Freiburg, the capital of the Black Forest in Germany. Since then, we have proudly called Naples our home.
With over 25 years of passion and dedication in Real Estate, I find immense joy in helping people achieve their dreams and goals. My journey in Real Estate began in Kehl, Germany, on the border with Strasbourg, France, where I co-directed and managed a family-owned Real Estate Brokerage. In 2008, I opened my own brokerage in Freiburg, my hometown, which I successfully managed for many years. My company has been recognized by the business magazine Focus among the top 1000 brokers in Germany, and also has received the “Best Property Agents” award from Europe’s largest real estate magazine, Bellevue from 2014 to present. These accomplishments drive my continuous pursuit of learning and innovation to better serve my clients.
In Naples, I specialize in working with affluent clients from around the world. My fluency in multiple languages enhances communication and trust, while my understanding of international home search trends ensures my listings reach a global audience. Notably, the second largest group of foreign buyers comes from Europe, especially Germany and Switzerland.
As a Certified International Real Estate Specialist (CIPS), I have access to a network of over 4000 CIPS Specialists in 60 countries, providing a significant advantage for my clients. Additionally, I am passionate about assisting seniors in right-sizing their homes, supported by a network of Senior Specialists and my designation as a Senior Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®).
